What is the GUT book not? 

The GUT book is not a miracle weight loss plan, or a supplement endorsement, or the result of newly uncovered sanskrit texts depicting Dhanvantari, the hindu god of health and medicine, eating flax seeds with a ripped depiction of jesus. 

What's included?

The first half of the book is a crash course in gut bacteria. The second half introduces a set of simple lifestyle and diet changes that apply your newly gained knowledge. Inside, you will also find graphics and printable guides for easy reference. Used together, the two halves form a toolbox for achieving and maintaining digestive health.
